Membership Application 

Why join?  Becoming a member is a great way to help promote the meat goat industry -- let the world see just how many folks are raising goats “plus” it is very cheap advertisement.  Your info will be listed on this website as well as in the membership brochure that is printed annually and passed out at shows, businesses and many, many other events.  You can place classified ads in the monthly newsletter, attend meetings and network with other people who share your interest/concerns AND you will be able to participate in special sales/events.  If that's not enough reason to join, the dues are tax deductible!

The Missouri Department of Agriculture has recognized the Missouri Meat Goat Producers Association (MMGPA) as the official commodity group for meat goats. Missouri goat producers as well as goat producers OUTSIDE Missouri are invited to join MMGPA.  The Association is currently divided into three geographical areas -- the southwestern portion of Missouri (Southwestern Division), the southeastern portion of Missouri (Southeastern Division) and the northern portion of Missouri (Northern Division). 

The annual dues are only $25.00 per farm, per Division, and it is payable in January.   If you join in Oct/Nov/Dec, you will be considered a member for the following calendar year. However, the North Division dues needs to be paid in November in order for you to be listed in the membership brochure that is handed out at the December Livestock Symposium.
